Meet the couple behind Bsquare Events.
Bsquare Events is a husband-and-wife team, Brito and Rama, based in Round Rock, Texas.
What began as a shared love for bringing people together and creating beautiful spaces has grown into a full event decor and rental studio serving Austin and Central Texas. We do it all: elegant wedding stages and mandaps, party rentals, dance floors, and stage setups for events and festivals.
Because it's just the two of us leading every project, you work directly with the people who design, style, and set up your event. No middlemen, no handing you off. It's how we make sure every detail is right, and every client feels looked after from the first enquiry to the final setup.

We design & quote
You get a palette, a mood board and an itemised quote. Every panel, bloom and rental is listed, so there are no surprises later.
We deliver, style & set up
We arrive early, build, level and style the room, stay for the finishing details, then come back to take it all away.
